they make one of the best pizzas, I have been going to this restaurant since it opened in the mid 80's. one drawback does not accept credit/debit cards, only cash if not local.

Kids loved their cheese pizza and the supreme was delicious. Their deep dish was the best I've had in a long time. Will absolutely think about going back the next time we are in town!

Phenomenal hand made pizzas! The salad bar is delicious with many sides to choose from. The lunch buffet is always a good choice. Scoop ice cream for desert. It's local tradition to grab a pizza, knock back a couple cold ones and gram an ice cream for the road.

They have delicious pizza and their Ranch dressing and salad bar are amazing!

Best Pizza in town by far!!!! Service has always been outstanding! The lunch buffet is a great and has so much variety( especially those cinnamon roles) Pricing is fair and the food is amazing! If your looking for a down home country style dinner if lunch setting this is the place for you! Or order to carry out also which ever u prefer! Fav pizza: Pepperoni n green olive!

Pizza Haus is an outstanding old school pizza place. The crust is great, the sauce is great, and the cheese is really really great. The place is completely unpretentious and genuine. Prices are shockingly good, but remember they don't take credit cards (old school, remember?). There's a good playground across the street if you've got kids, and it's an excellent stop along I-80 or when hitting the outlet mall.

Excellent daily buffet of Salad bar and Pizza. The salad bar has excellent fresh salads and fixings. All foods are fresh cooked daily nothing is saved from left overs on the salad bar or the pizza bar.Full helpings of pizzas and deep dish will be made also.Noon Buffet runs from 11:00AM till 1:30PM. Pizzas are the best I have tasted any where.

Employees (I'm assuming were the owners] were unbelievably kind, polite and accommodating. The pizza was fantastic. So glad we drove the extra distance to enjoy pizza haus instead of the godfathers pizza we were right next to.

Iowa City has some fantastic pizza places. I highly recommend the 30 minute trip there. Pizza Haus service was bad and the menu thin. Pizza crust was card board. Getting 2 stars because they also have ice cream.

I was broken down in my semi on an exit ramp, waiting on road breakdown for 5 hrs. Sweet young lady, Sherry, answered agnes personally delivered to me. The food was the best pizza and best price I'd ever tasted and seen. Definitely recommend!!!

Decent pizza. Contrary to previous reviews I can confirm it did not taste like cardboard. Before going, definitely make sure you have cash with you because this place doesn't take cards which is kind of a bummer. It was a nice mom-and-pop restaurant though, and the inside was very clean and inviting. Definitely worth visiting again, but only if I was in the area.

The best pizza around if you like thin, crispy crust. Their salad bar has yummy potato, pasta and pea salads!

seriously the BEST PIZZA I've had in a long time!!! reminded me of the homemade pizza my parents made when I was a kid, ingredient proportions were perfect, it was cooked perfectly, the salad bar items were cold and fresh!!! I can't say enough positive things about this place!!! I just wish it was closer to where I live, though for pizza this good I'd be willing to make a road trip from north of Ames. it's a small town pizza place so bring cash but it's worth your money!

Great lunch pizza buffet!

Pizza was white on bottom and well done on top so it was kinda weird. The staff was awesome and the atmosphere was very cozy. Just wish they could cook a pizza.

Pizza Jon has the best pizza around and the prices are great. The lunch buffet is the best. Pizza salad and rolls and cookies. Love eating here.

Mediocre pizza with a home made feel to it for a rather cheap price of just 8 dollars. Not a bad place for a quick bite to eat as it comes with a large fountain drink and a salad bar.

Once you go have the lunch buffet you will become a PIZZA HAUS addict like myself! He may make the best cinnamon rolls around as well. You won't be disappointed!!
